Greetings. For those of you just learning about us, we're an independent band from the nether-regions of Upstate NY.
We've been lucky enough to rock stages with Bon Jovi, Fuel, Sevendust, Filter, Nonpoint, and Cypress Hill to name a few.
Over the course of a turbulent year and a half process, we recorded a record ourselves and then joined forces with West Coast producer/engineer Rae Dileo (Filter, Army of Anyone, Veruca Salt) for the post production and mixdown. The music from those efforts (above) represents what can be done with d.i.y. tactics and a tiny budget. Nothing near 50k.
To take it to the next level, we’ve brought that music to Sellaband. It represents a completely different way for music to be produced and distributed. Some have compared it to buying our next $10 album in advance (but you'll soon discover it is much more than that).
To us, it is simple: If you think we have what it takes to craft something worthwhile with your cash and you want to get involved, you can be a part of our biggest record yet. There is *one more shot* for Wetwerks (2.0) to be selected as the opening act for the Sellaband event of the year.
Before you vote - consider these Key points about what you get, IF WE WIN:
* We really want you to meet and hear our new singer ;)
** We are 110% ready to do this show - and exceed your expectations !
*** Wetwerks, your investment and hard work, (and 1.5 years of our collective lives on Sellaband) will get a chance to show it's "true worth" in a competitive global context.
**** If We WIN (no joke), we will split Kane Sole's travel expenses with him and invite him to perform as guest guitarist for half the set ... plus we'll offer to back him upon his half of the set.
