KANESOLE.COM MYSPACE DOWNLOAD MP3’S YOUTUBE New Song “You’re Right” – Lyrics in the blog tab Interview on NZ radio station The Most FM Jan ‘09 Click here to find out how Sellaband works Massive thanks to everyone believing!!! I’ve been on this site for a while now, and am still blown away by the generosity shown by all you wonderful people. Sellaband is a funny beast. It inspires you, it frustrates you, if you’re not careful it’ll eat more hours than you can afford to feed it. SAB is an extension of my life as a musician. Another avenue to try and get noticed in an industry that is one very tough nut…I’m going to crack it damn it! A bit about me: Homeland Aotearoa/New Zealand. Recently made the move “across the ditch” as we say down under. Currently living/gigging/learning in Melbourne Australia…NZ’s still home though. Influences I enjoy many styles and genre’s of music but am most drawn towards those which have a strong acoustic flavor. Influence’s include but are by no means limited to: Ben Harper, Damien Rice, Dave Dobbyn, and Jack Johnson. I love music that tells a story or squeezes an emotion…sound pretty general and all encompassing? Good, that’s what I was going for. Hopefully my music squeezes something inside you. Please fell free to leave a comment, all feedback is warmly received…well…I control the delete button;-) -If you have any questions or would like to be put on my music mailer, please contact me at: kanesolemusic@gmail.com

cool short animation about music & life
“The Need” is a song inspired by the natural beauty of New Zealand. Having grown up on the beach, Seoul(I lived there in 2007) was the furthest from a coastline I had ever been. I wrote it when I was going through one of my homesick phases, and filmed the video around my local neighborhood in Seoul.
