Howdy!
Just wanted to pop in and give you a heads up on Sommersby's October Competition!
If you haven't already heard, the competition (hot on the heels of his recent neck-in-neck September fiesta) will offer 20 parts for the winner and is open to all artists that have between $9999 and $0 in budget.
Please check the forum for updates on contest rules and regs….starts 25 October!
This is a great opportunity for you. Campaign with the believers to let them know you'd like to be nominated and encourage them to vote for you when the time comes.
Of course, if you'd like to, or you know someone who would like to, donate parts for the prizes in the Competition, just send (or have them send) Sommersby the details under a message marked “October Donation."

Hoi The Mirrors,
Thank you for your invitation to visit your profile and listen to your songs. Not bad, nice atmospheric pop. I'm sure you'll work on your arrangements a bit more. The instruments aren't part of a whole yet, the drums are a bit too predictable for my liking, it sounds a little like "de school band die we vroeger bij mij op school hadden". With a professional studio (you've got that now), you'll be able to work on the harmony. I'll put you on my wish list for now so I'll come over once in a while to listen what you've been up to. Veel succes!

I don't think that there's enough for me to believe in yet. Like lucretia I can see potential in your music but it doesn't immediately grab me like other bands. If you're still able to remix the songs I'd be more than happy to give detailed feedback in the hope of getting a better mix for at least one song.

Bij mij is het al bijna net zo erg als bij Lucretia. Ik ben dan wel niet ziek geweest maar je zou de PM's en verzoeken moeten zien die ik de afgelopen dagen heb gehad. Hopelijk kom ik voor mijn vakantie (1 juni) nog toe aan luisteren en het updaten van mijn review. Ik blijf jullie zeker volgen al zeg ik misschien niet altijd wat :)

Hi guys - thanks for the messages. Haven't overlooked you - if you'd looked at the info in my profile you'd see I've been ill and have had a huge backlog of new artists to listen to. I will get around to you, I've just got a feeling there's about another 100 or so in the queue before you as I'm finally getting around to having less than 200 new ones to listen to!
