Hyundai Tucson is an SUV compact crossover vehicle produced by a South Korean manufacturer since 2004 with a six shiftable speed automatic transmission.
Toyota Rush is a small SUV multipurpose car produced from Japan that gets mated with either a four-speed automatic or a 5- speed manual transmission.
In comparison, the Toyota Rush is a seven-seater, whereas a Hyundai Tucson is a five-seater capacity. In terms of comfort, Hyundai Tucson specifications, passengers are more comfortable in it as compared to Toyota Rush. It is because the Toyota Rush has more seats. Thus, the space for comfort gets taken by more seats.
Toyota has rear-wheel drive only compared to Hyundai Tucson, which has a four-wheel purpose thus is good to be driven on all kinds of roads.
Both Rush and Tucson have 5 doors, but in terms of seats, Tucson has heated seats, whereas Rush has standard seats.
Hyundai Tucson has Android Auto and Apple car support, whereas Rush does not support mobile phone support.
Rush has more safety features like ADAS, making it safer than Tucson, which lacks these features. In terms of stability, the Toyota Rush is more stable on the highway compared to Tucson, which is not that stable. In terms of consumption, Toyota Rush consumes more than Tucson since the transmission speed is a bit high, thus less consumption.
Toyota Rush, with its four-speed gearbox, mostly fails to give the power to rear wheels; therefore, this makes the gearbox and the struggle to achieve this thus in terms of consumption is very high as compared to Tucson.
Both their steering type is power and have adjustable steering columns and have both four-cylinders valves. For fuel tank capacity Toyota Rush has 45 liters while Hyundai Tucson has 62 liters tank. And both have rear wipers.
Rush has more excellent driver’s visibility than Tucson, which is not that clear. It also has proper storage bins for small cups, as compared to Tucson, which has few.
Maintenance is expensive to maintain Hyundai Tucson compared to Toyota Rush since the spare parts are more available for Rush, thus cheaper than Tucson spare parts. Tucson has a boot capacity of 488 liters for boot capacity compared to Rush, which has 213 liters. The more seat space consumes this space for boot.
Hyundai has an electronic parking brake, whereas Rush is a handbrake. At the same time, both have only front seat belt reminders. And manual child locks for back seats. The driver seat is power-adjustable for Hyundai Tucson, while the one for the Toyota Rush manual is adjustable. For engine start, both have keyless push buttons.
Tucson rarely has problems, but it does have excessive clutch wear, leading to repairs even before its warranty is over.
In conclusion, Hyundai Tucson appears to be a more competitive SUV car than the Toyota Rush. However, we still can’t say much compared to Rush, which may cost more depending on the country, has more standard safety features, saves more on fuel, and is more capable of off-roading trips.
