This CD is a somewhat old-fashioned attempt, reminiscent of the music of the 1980s, to create a varied and colorful album that plays with different musical styles, but still remains what we intuitively understand as the music for the acoustic guitar. Each of the nine pieces on the disc is a a world in itself and to each we gave our creative maximum. The idea was to take a walk through multiple musical landscapes, from standard rumba rhythms, through a classical approach and techno-elements, to Serbian ethno-motifs. Moreover, we tried to create music that would be engaging and easy to listen to, while still subtly displaying Radomir’s virtuosity and the perfectly clear sound he creates on his guitar.
All songs composed by Goran Kulic and Radomir Vasiljevic.
Guitars played by Radomir Vasiljevic.
Arrangemants and music production: Goran Kulic.
Guests: Stanko Madic, violin and Vesna Acimovic, soprano.

Hi Goran,
Thank- you for the invitation to listen to your music. You must have a sixth sense in asking me to listen to your nouveau flamenco style of music because it is a style I really enjoy. Your style is very fluid with a modern edge to it. It's very good.
For now I will start out with just one share but will watch closely and may increase my share portion over time.
Two artists I really like to listen to who are already established are Ottmar Liebert and Jesse Cooke.
Jesse Cooke is one of my favourites. I believe he is from Toronto, Canada. If you have a chance, look up Jesse Cooke. He recently had hits in North America with "Fall at your Feet" and "Down Like Rain".

I realize its a long road for anyone on SAB, even those in more "popular" genres, but I truly believe in this music, in what Rasha can do with the guitar, and Goran's arrangement and production skills. I've listened to my downloads from Amiestreet so many times that it has become a regular part of my life, and the soundtrack in my head. I've shared it with as many people as will listen and will continue to. Because, this is true music, at it's most beautiful... |
